If you’re new to juicing, always begin with small quantities of juice initially (my tested recipes create very powerful drinks). And as always, get plenty of fluids to increase the effectiveness of the juice.

Make sure to purchase “small” turnips such as the ones within this video or they could taste funny. They need to have a good color and should be “heavy” for their size meaning they have lots of moisture. In the event that the drink works out tasting bitter, than try juicing just 1 turnip (or none at all), and see how that actually works.
